Introduction

Leegiranna, a perspective residential district by the seaside, is situated by Kolga Bay in Sõitme Village, Kuusalu Rural Municipality, Harju County. The area of the planned district is approximately 50 ha and it is located on a site of natural beauty only 45 km from Tallinn.

80 plots for detached houses have been formed in Leegiranna, there is a plan to build a kindergarten, stores and parking lots considering the needs of the residential district. Areas occupied by construction works, access roads and compulsory building line that guarantees correctness of street front have been determined for the new plots being formed.
